  • Overview

    The Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for obtaining, analyzing, reviewing with management, negotiating, and administering terms and conditions for subcontractor/supplier proposals, maintaining compliance with Primoris policies and standards.

    Responsibilities

    • In conjunction with the project team, prepare a procurement schedule, select potential subcontractors/suppliers,
    • Receive and review requisitions from project teams,
    • Selection of Bidders, in conjunction with project team and utilizing ISNetworld,
    • Prepare and issue RFP/Q,
    • Select and prepare subcontract terms and conditions, consistent with prime contract terms and Primoris policies.
    • Review subcontractor/supplier proposals and supporting documentation in response to RFP/Q.
    • Prepare tender analysis, incorporating the project team’s technical analysis, leading to recommendation of subcontractor/supplier
    • Execution of Agreements and placing of Purchase Orders,
    • Subcontractor administration during the duration of their contract, including performance, changes, monthly valuations, funding amendments, etc.
    • Review subcontractor invoicing to ensure compliance to contract.
    • Inform all sub-contractors/customers of the Subcontractor management process.
    • Obtain close out documentation and de-obligate any unused funds upon completion of contract.
    • Coordinate project team (and others) feedback on Subcontract performance and upload to ISNetworld,
    • Coordinate close out actions with Finance as necessary.
    • Additional duties as requested by management.

    Qualifications

    Education/Professional Accreditation

    • Bachelor degree in commerce or engineering, with specialization in Supply Chain or Project Management considered an asset
    • Working toward a SCMA designation would be considered an asset

    Experience

    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in subcontracts coordination (either administrative and on-site experience preferred),
    • Skilled in utilizing JD Edwards (or similar ERP system), and
    • Proficient with MS Office suite
